General Summary of Position: Reporting to the Associate Director of Planning and FIS or designee, the Campus Planner is responsible for supporting the full range of campus planning functions for one the nation’s fastest growing universities, with an emphasis on planning analysis and space planning; capital projects, including feasibility assessment, programming and preliminary design; and planning that supports a more sustainable campus environment. The Campus Planner position is an opportunity to join a dynamic Facilities Planning team with potential for advancement and growth. Minimum Qualifications (Required): - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Planning, or directly related discipline. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning, feasibility assessment, programming and design, or related area or Master’s degree plus 1 year of experience. - Knowledge of academic or institutional planning, programming, and facility design principles and best practices. - Experience with relevant software including Autocad, Microsoft Excel & Project, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or equivalent. - Experience working as a client to architects, planning, and study consultants. - Skill in developing a...
