Introduction The Jim Pattison Auto Group is seeking a detail oriented, organized, and tech savvy Accounting Assistant professional to join our Toyota on Regent dealership. In this role, you will support the Controller with accounting and administrative functions of the dealership while helping ensure smooth day to day operations. You will take pride in maintaining accurate records, supporting financial processes, and providing reliable administrative assistance. Your work will play an important role in keeping operations running efficiently and ensuring a high standard of accuracy across the dealership. Schedule: This is a full time, permanent position consisting of 40 hours per week. Regular scheduled hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one hour unpaid lunch break. Pay Range: Wages will be determined by selected Candidates knowledge & experience level. This role reports to the Controller of the dealership.
