Job description

We are looking for a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for Long-term Leave position. Hourly Rate Range : $47.00-$59.00 per hour - In-person - Caseload: 42-50 students - Start date: ASAP - January 20, 2026 & January 21, 2026 - April 27, 2026 (with possible extension to the end of the year June 5, 2026) Responsibilities would include: - Support the language development of students. - Create and implement Individualized Education Programs for students - Collect and analyze data on student IEP goals - Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders, including student IEP teams and parents - Complete speech and language evaluations and write reports as needed - Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress in compliance with Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) and IDEA guidelines. - Can provide CCC Fellowship supervision - Educate and support staff and parents on strategies to enhance communication skills.
