Job Description Job Summary: As part of the team, the FA crew leader will serve as a service provider, trainer and leader for assemblers as they perform repetitive assembly including unpacking and inspection of component parts. Position may require the use of various assembly tools such as pneumatic nail gun, staple gun, tape measure, glue gun and others. The FA crew leader will execute one or several assembly tasks in any area of the assembly lines. This individual must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions, be able to give verbal instructions and may be required to use sound judgment in resolving daily problems. The FA Crew Leader will use his technical and leadership skills to maintain the group at optimum output. The individual ensures the line’s objectives are met for Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Productivity.
