Overview The Physician Talent Management Team at Emory Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Physician Liaison to support and enhance our physician recruitment efforts. This role is instrumental in delivering a highly personalized, best-in-class candidate experience while strengthening community partnerships and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Identify opportunities to enhance the physician recruitment process and implement innovative solutions that elevate the overall candidate experience. - Develop in-depth knowledge of the communities surrounding Emory facilities to effectively showcase area highlights, support candidate engagement, and coordinate seamless interview logistics. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with community and corporate partners—including schools, real estate professionals, athletic organizations, and local venues—as well as internal departments such as Marketing. - Create and design digital materials to support recruitment and strategic initiatives, including presentations, dashboards, charts, and reports using tools such as Canva, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms. - P...
