Our goal by 2030 is to create an AI-powered Success Platform enabling Attractions like museums, sights, and theme parks to grow ticket sales and simplify ticket operations. And that's where you come in: We aren't looking for someone to just 'answer tickets.' We need a Technical Bridge—someone who speaks the language of APIs and JavaScript but can also explain a complex integration to a C-level client. You will be the technical heart of our Revenue and Product teams. You will be primarily responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions throughout the entire customer lifecycle—from initial sales and onboarding to long-term growth. Reporting to the Tech Support Lead, you will leverage your product expertise, technical background, and strong communication skills to provide precise, high-quality, and timely resolutions.
