Last date to apply: 12 May 2026 We are looking for a dynamic P&A EU Business Developer to help accelerate Parts & Accessories (P&A) growth across Europe. About the Role: In this role, you will shape the full P&A sales concept within the assigned distribution channels, working closely with global, regional, and local teams. You will play a critical role in maximizing the performance of existing P&A products and ensuring strong readiness for new launches. Your work will directly support the Aftersales & Services ambition and strengthen P&A’s contribution to the Europe Business Unit. Key Responsibilities: Develop and prepare the end‑to‑end P&A sales process, ensuring full readiness for market rollout. Define and coordinate sales tactics, campaigns, activities, and sales tools. Collaborate closely with GTM / Activation Managers to secure strong execution of P&A initiatives. Identify growth opportunities and uncover P&A business potential across assigned channels.
