SR PROGRAMMER ANALYST

Job description

Job Purpose: Develop application systems that adhere to the standard system development lifecycle methodology and concepts, encompassing design, programming, security, backup, and recovery, to deliver solutions of superior quality, performance, and value to our customers. Functions: Qualifications: - Analyze, develop, and implement solutions for complex business and system opportunities. - Exhibit effective communication at all levels of internal and external IT customers. - Maintain existing and develop new programs to meet business requirements. - Leads projects or tasks as required. Develops and manages project plans. - Elicit, prepare, and approve requirements documents, specifications, and database definitions. - Study, analyze, and define the impact of the user’s business needs on the system components and their interfaces to provide maximum benefits from each system. - Provide operational support of applications during regular hours and off-hours on-call rotation. - Train, coach, mentor, and assist junior personnel in all phases of the standard system development methodology, life cycle, design, programming, backup, and recovery concepts. - Ensure adherence to quality assura...
