Position Summary... The Senior Manager, Real Estate - PMD leads a portfolio of complex remodel projects, driving end-to-end delivery from early planning and design through permitting and execution. About the team: The West Business Unit Project Management & Design (PMD) – Remodels team collaborates with Real Estate, Operations, Construction, and external consultants to deliver complex remodel projects across a broad geographic area. The team manages projects from initial planning through construction, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and operational goals. Design Managers lead portfolios, coordinate cross-functional efforts, proactively address risks, and drive solutions for timely project completion.
