Overview: This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for highly specialized positions within manufacturing and technical engineering industries. It requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing and engineering landscape, including key industry players, emerging technologies, and critical skill sets. Success in this position depends on strategic networking, leveraging diverse recruitment methodologies, and building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless hiring process. This role will report to the client Delivery Manager and/or Director depending on the account type. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Salary Range: $31.59 - $44.23 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
