Job Title: Fraud Analyst/Admin Duration: 12+ Months Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid) Pay rate: $39/hr on W2 Job Description: What we’re looking for: - Looking for a candidate with experience and specific skills relevant to the job. - Proficiency in investigative tools (such as TLO/LexisNexis), analytical skills, critical thinking, time management, attention to detail, and administrative functions. What you’ll be doing: - The Investigator will receive and review suspicious activity and fraud alerts daily that need to be cleared, researched and/or investigated. - The Investigator will need to determine if the customer who claimed ID theft is a victim of fraud or are they attempting to breach the vehicle/payment obligation. - Will review claims and make dispositions if it is fraud or attempt at credit washing. - There are cases where an organizations vehicle has been stolen, and recovery efforts must be made.
