Exciting new opportunity in travel retail, delivering exceptional service while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment! Job purpose: As a Sales Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product inquiries, and help drive sales in a retail environment. You will ensure that the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing. Additionally, you will handle transactions, manage customer issues, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. This role is for our Aelia duty free store at Belfast International Airport. This store is undergoing a significant redevelopment with the estimated opening of the new store in April 2025. During the time before store opening there will be full training on our system and processes, and the responsibility of supporting recruitment for the growing team.
