This role is ideal for an engineer who can work directly with users, solve complex modeling and simulation challenges, and help strengthen HPC software workflows in a fast-paced on-site lab setting. Responsibilities: Support HPC users and technical staff in a research and development environment, helping solve modeling and simulation workflow issues across heterogeneous, multi-platform systems. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based software used in HPC environments, including existing code bases and distributed applications. Partner closely with the Technical User Support team, team lead, Chief Scientist, customers, and site staff to resolve technical problems and improve user effectiveness.
