Job description

What you will do The Process Engineer focuses on the design, implementation, operation, control, optimization, and intensification of an industrial process. How will you do it: Designs, develops, and tests all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery. Applies knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as instruments, robots, machines, etc. Continue evaluation of the safety, quality and efficiency of the process, making and implementing proposals to improve the process when needed Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Continual evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure both efficiency and quality remain high on production floor Provides leadership and supports divisional efforts in identifying continuous improvement and quality improvement opportunities. Review the KPI monitoring systems and determine ways to improve their ability to maintain company operations Monitoring of equipment – including regular testing and ensuring maintenance tasks are carried out Data collection, interpretation and report writing – Daily on process capability and results Assess processes, tak...
