Job description

- Develop, lead and maintain activities programs for Assisted Living Residents and Reflections Program Residents. Lead programs within both Assisted Living and Reflections neighborhoods on a routine basis in accordance with organizational standards, maintain a daily presence in both neighborhoods and familiarity with all residents. - Support Residents in continuing with interests, hobbies and activities that they have previously pursued. - Offer new opportunities to enhance their lives with new learning experiences, including but not limited to, the learning of new crafts, dramatic club, choral groups, discussion groups, and new avenues for self-expression. - Plan and coordinate outings of any conceivable type, i.e., art galleries, theatre, music, racetracks, spiritual, and cultural programs. - Provide consistent activity within the community that will foster the expansion of friendships. - Assist Residents in the formation of various clubs and organizations and interest groups, thus generating opportunities for leadership and involvement in the workings of the community. - Plan a monthly calendar of events for Residents that includes on-going diversified activities that meet the r...
