Description Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC (RMWBH) is seeking a licensed Texas attorney to join our established and growing Real Estate Section in our Houston office. This role is designed for an attorney with 3–5 years of substantive experience in real estate law, specifically focused on real estate development and master planned communities. This position is exclusively for attorneys. Candidates without an active Texas law license will not be considered. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience managing sophisticated real estate development matters and will be comfortable operating with a high level of independence. This role requires strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to advise clients throughout the lifecycle of development projects.
