That’s why we’re hiring a Partnership Team Lead Global Expansion whose mission will be to empower to drive and scale our partner ecosystem in the expanding regions. We’re on the lookout for a hands-on multilingual B2B SaaS Partnerships expert to lead from the frontlines as we step into an exciting new chapter of global expansion. About the role 🚀: What will you be doing?: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Partnership Development Managers , ensuring strong performance and continuous development. Define and execute the partnerships strategy for the ROW (Rest of the World) markets, aligned with company goals. Personally contribute to closing high-impact partnerships and support the team across the full sales cycle. Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with strategic partners in the HR ecosystem (partners who sell, implement, and support Factorial).
