Job Title: CNC Mill Programmer Location: Waldenburg, MI: Hourly Rate: $35–$45 per hour (commensurate with experience) Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Programmer to join our Waldenburg, MI team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency programming in WorkNC, with strong capability across 3-axis, 3+2 axis, and 5-axis milling. This role requires hands-on programming expertise and a proven track record delivering high-precision aerospace tooling components. Key Responsibilities: - Create, optimize, and verify NC programs for 3-axis, 3+2 axis, and 5-axis milling operations using WorkNC. - Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to interpret blueprints, GD&T, and process specifications. - Select appropriate tooling, set up machining strategies, and optimize toolpaths to maximize accuracy, efficiency, and cycle times. - Validate programs through simulations, verifying collision-free toolpaths and feasible fixturing. - Support shop floor with in-process guidance, troubleshoot program issues, and provide actionable improvements. - Maintain thorough documentation for programs, setups, and process instructions. - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to r...
