Job Title Lead Training Technician Job Description Summary: Job Description: The Lead Travel Technician will report to the Travel Team Leader and is instrumental in the initial startup, training, and operations of newly acquired sites and improvements to our sustainment sites within the Amazon account. As a Lead Travel Technician, you will lead the training of service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support Maintenance teams throughout the organization by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects. You will help train and mentor service technicians, contract technicians, influence safety culture and represent C&W Services with clients are senior leaders.
