Job DetailsJob Location: Tigerville Campus - Tigerville, SC 29688Position Type: Full Time StaffEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeDEPARTMENT: campus ministries and student engagement Position Summary: The Coordinator for Residential Facilities provides oversight for residential asset inventory and maintenance response at NGU. This position is a 12-month, full-time with benefits position housed with Campus Ministries and Student Engagement (CMSE). This person reports directly to the AVP for Student Life and is required to live on campus. This person plays a key role in helping develop transformational leaders for church and society, specifically within the residence halls. This person is expected to live in accordance with a Christian code of conduct and to take a Christian discipleship orientated approach to the training and leading of the Student Leadership Team. This position takes charge of managing the residential assets and maintenance response by collaborating closely the other coordinator for residential facilities along with Campus Enhancement Services (CES), Budd Group and NGU Tigerville Operations.
