Registered Nurse – Support at Home Hybrid | Full-time | Essendon Fields 3041 Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a flexible, virtual role where you can make a real difference in the lives of older Australians living at home? At People First Healthcare, we support Support at Home participants to remain independent, safe, and well in their own homes. We are seeking a Virtual Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight, assessments, and coordination of care for our community-based clients. About the Role: This is a predominantly virtual role, supporting Support at Home participants through telehealth, care planning, and clinical coordination, with minimal travel required.
