Description Position Summary: Farrelli’s bartenders are friendly, outgoing, and possess good communication skills as this position is responsible for ensuring guests’ enjoyment. Farrelli’s Bartenders are organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure, are guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing. Our bartenders also take pride in their personal/professional appearance and show dedication to the job through integrity and honesty in all aspects of employment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Welcome each guest personally using enthusiastic words, tone, and body language. - Make guests feel appreciated. - Work as a team with all personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service. - Work with others to keep all areas clean and stocked to the company’s standards. - Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of the bar and dining room following standard recipes. - Input orders into computer immediately, collect money from guests, make correct change and provide receipts. - Clean and arrange...
