Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract until July 2027. FitFlop is undergoing an exciting period of Digital Transformation, including the implementation and go-live of a NetSuite ERP platform in June 2026. To ensure the success, stability, governance, and strategic progression of our data ecosystem, we are seeking an experience Head of Data to join our Global Technology team in London. This role will lead our Data Function across Product Master Data, Data Engineering, governance, seasonal operations, and cross functional business initiatives. You will ensure high-quality data foundations, operational continuity, and ongoing optimisation to support our growth. The Responsibilities: Data Leadership across the NetSuite Programme: You will have overarching accountability for the quality, governance, and stability of data within NetSuite and all downstream systems. Ownership of the Product Data Structure and Item Model within NetSuite. Defining and maintaining data standards, governance controls, and templates.
