Facilities Maintenance Associate

Job description

As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the day-to-day condition of our buildings and grounds. Your work will span both interior and exterior upkeep, including painting, power washing, and landscaping, along with assisting skilled trades such as carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. You’ll be working in a dynamic environment, handling materials up to 50 lbs., and using a variety of tools and equipment. You’ll also collaborate with your team on ongoing maintenance needs and special projects, including facility improvements and renovations.
