Overview Selux is seeking a highly motivated and successful Regional Sales Manager for our Eastern Region to be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and increasing market share across the region. Salary range : $120,000 - $160,000 plus commission Full Benefits package - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, 401k match Qualifications: Knowledge of lighting codes, standards, and energy efficiency regulations - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lighting, architecture, or construction industries. - Proven track record of successfully managing sales territory and achieving revenue goals. - In-depth knowledge of the East Coast market and building industry. - Strong relationships within the architectural, design, and contractor community. - Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with architectural lighting solutions and smart building technologies. - Existing relationships with design...
