Rather than concentrating only on analytics outputs, the focus will be on helping product teams define the right questions, translate them into measurable behaviors, implement meaningful tracking, and dashboard visualizations that reveal relevant behaviors, clinical workflow patterns, user journeys, and friction points across a diverse Healthtech ecosystem. To achieve this, you have the opportunity to drive end-to-end implementation of UX Telemetry for products across the Philips portfolio, meaning you are involved in defining objectives, UX Telemetry questions, data needs, tracking plans, implementation coordination, dashboarding, insight generation, and iteration.
