Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: The Communications and Outreach Specialist (Managed Care Communications Specialist) is responsible for ensuring compliance and effective implementation of Cardinal Care Managed Care Communications. The position develops strategies to promote program awareness and enhance public understanding of program activities and goals. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and extensive knowledge of Managed Care programs and operations.
