Following clinic protocols and policies provides care to include but not limited to: examination, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, patient education, follow-up consultation and referrals for specialist services, labs and tests as necessary. Maintains legible, accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with state regulatory standards and clinic policies and procedures.
