Production Coordinator, Visual Development

Illumination is seeking a Production Coordinator for our Visual Development team. Partnering closely with the Sr. Production Supervisor of Visual Development, in this role the coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for the Art Department, acting as a primary liaison between the Los Angeles and Paris production teams, executive stakeholders, and artists. The position supports the full lifecycle of visual development, from asset creation and approvals to distribution and archiving, while also managing production logistics, including team travel. It requires strong organizational skills, clear communication across time zones, and the ability to balance creative and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Provide support to Sr. Production Supervisor of Visual Development with weekly production needs regarding the visual development artists, internal LA teams, and production teams in Paris. Become familiarized with the art approval process and maintain archives for assets across multiple projects.
