Job Description We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. In this role, you will serve as a primary business partner to the Marketing organization, supporting the development of the annual budget and ongoing tracking to plan. You will provide timely, accurate financial insights that help business leaders drive results. The ideal candidate is skilled in accrual accounting, especially as it relates to the timing of marketing spend, and brings strong interpersonal skills, sound business judgment, and a proactive, creative approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for delivering clear and concise financial analyses, monitoring operational and financial performance, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
