Your role: You’ll be a strategic partner, helping customers in Pharma, Industrial, Testing, and Academia use our DxRM products to streamline workflows, keep supply running, and lift operational performance. You’ll grow our footprint in assigned accounts by spotting unmet needs, expanding market share, and feeding new opportunities into R&D. On the ground, use data and our CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to craft account plans, deliver accurate forecasts, and spot cross-sell chances from usage patterns.
