Department: 10620 Enterprise Corporate - Teammate Health Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm Pay Range: $22.90 - $36.15 Join our employee health team - there's an opportunity to work independently in an office located inside of our hospitals. They support different sites working with internal team members and in this department you'll have work/life balance. Some job duties unique to employee health include: - FIT Testing - Data Entry - Flu Vaccine Program - Education and Care for minor injuries - Blood Pressures - Intake for newly hired team members - providing new hire appointments Minimum Job Requirements: Education: - GED or HS Equivalency Diploma. - LPN: Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of an accredited or approved program in Practical Nursing - MA: Completion of an accredited or approved program in Medical Assistant, or 2 years of verifiable full-time experience as a Medical Assistant within the last 5 years.
