About Acoustic Acoustic is a behavioral intelligence and marketing platform helping enterprise brands understand, predict, and act on customer behavior in real time. Our Behavioral Insights tribe builds the systems — signals, scoring, analytics — that give marketers a true picture of buyer intent and engagement across channels. About the Role: Design at Acoustic operates at the intersection of speed and craft. We work in close partnership with Engineering, moving fluidly across research, prototyping, and iteration — often in parallel rather than in sequence. Our process is collaborative by default and comfortable with ambiguity: we shape ideas early, adapt quickly, and treat handoff as a conversation rather than a conclusion. In this role you will operate in two modes simultaneously: reactive — giving real-time design feedback and consultation as engineers build rapidly — and proactive — defining a cohesive 3–6 month design vision that keeps the product moving in a coherent direction. You will work across Acoustic Connect and our legacy Tealeaf platform, contributing to features that surface behavioral intelligence in clear, trustworthy, and delightful ways.
