Technical Program Manager II, Business Intelligence, Devices and Services

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program management. - Experience in business intelligence and data visualization. - Experience in SQL and data analytics tools or reporting platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Looker, BigQuery, Snowflake). Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience working in a data analytics development environment, with supply chain applications, through the project life-cycle. - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in machine learning, ML data management, and tooling. - Experience in leading development of analytics automation for one or more of supply chain verticals (e.g., planning, logistics, procurement, order management, etc.). - Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI techniques, and applications (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG—Retrieval-Augmented Generation). - Familiarity with ML/AI model-based solutions.
