CertaPro Painters of Nashua & Westford Position Overview: CertaPro Painters of Nashua & Westford is seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales & Account Development Representative to grow our commercial business through a balanced focus on new client acquisition and expansion of existing key accounts . This role is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, and other commercial clients. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development - Identify and pursue new commercial clients within target markets - Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, networking, and in-person visits - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities - Attend industry events and associations (BOMA, IREM, CAI) to generate leads - Secure new business in a competitive B2B environment Account Management & Growth: - Manage and grow a portfolio of existing commercial clients - Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships and uncover new opportunities - Generate repeat business through proactive follow-up and service E stimating and Production: - Meet with clients to assess project needs and scope...
