Product Engineer I

Description Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field. · At least one year of experience in product development, design, or engineering. · Proven experience in manufacturing process development and optimization, preferably in a high-volume production environment. · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. · Knowledge of CAD/CAM software, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. · Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. · Strong understanding of product development and production processes. · Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects. · Effective communication and organizational skills · Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with project management and Agile methodology. · Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials. · Familiarity with regulatory standards relevant to the industry.
