Summary: DLA Piper is seeking a highly sophisticated, non-partner track Senior Attorney to serve as a primary legal engine for complex client portfolios. This is not a traditional "back-office" role; it is designed for a dynamic practitioner who thrives on high-level execution and deeply embedding themselves within a client’s operational DNA. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between high-level private equity structuring and day-to-day corporate governance, acting as a versatile legal architect for sophisticated family offices and international entities.
