Meadow Lakes is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team! Meadow Lakes is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in East Windsor, NJ. We are seeking either a Part Time 2-3 day a week person or it could be a full-time LPN Day shift working on our Assisted Living Unit and Clinic combined to make full-time. At Springpoint, our LPNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to the residents, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by the CNAs. Responsibilities: - Assume responsibility and accountability for the direct delivery of nursing services. - Provide medications and treatment to residents. - Make nursing rounds and assist with physician rounds. - Respond to emergency calls throughout the community. - Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs/CHHAs. - Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner. - Ensure that the resident’s privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always maintained. - Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care.
