Job Summary: Principal Accountabilities: · Execute time studies (stopwatch, line balancing, and standard work) and consolidate results using standardized templates for Industrial Engineers. · Collect, process, and analyze capacity data (equipment and lines) and Direct Labor performance data, supporting headcount calculations, CPH/UPH, and takt/rate analysis. · Monitor, record, and analyze downtime in systems (e.g., FlexFlow, Downtime Tracker, Mamut), generating reports with root causes, impacts, and corrective actions. · Prepare, assemble, and/or adapt simple jigs, fixtures, and mockups (moonshine) to support station improvements, prioritizing ergonomics, quality, and safety; support tr...
