Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking is seeking a Senior Major Gifts Officer (SMGO) to join TR's Development x Individual Giving team! The Senior Major Gifts Officer will serve as a frontline fundraising leader within the Individual Giving department . The Senior Major Gifts Officer will play a pivotal role in driving TR’s most significant philanthropic relationships, bringing a high level of sophistication, strategic acumen, and a proven record of securing gifts ranging from $50k - $1M+. The ideal candidate is curious and resourceful, able to work autonomously while thriving in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment. This role requires exceptional relationship-building abilities, strategic thinking, and outstanding communication skills to advance TR’s mission and deepen donor engagement.
