Project Operations Supervisor Department: Power Systems Division (PSD): Employment Type: Full Time: Location: San Antonio: Reporting To: Nick Davis: Description: The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day project operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role focuses on coordinating resources, monitoring project progression, and providing technical assistance to achieve project goals effectively and efficiently. The Operations Supervisor collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of performance and customer satisfaction. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources. 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
