As a Lead Sales Associate, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team. A Day in the Life: - Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members. - As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for. - Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments. - You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching. - Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals.
