Job Description Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a group of caring individuals whose goal is to provide children and their families with the behavioral therapy services they need to succeed. We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves children across the state of Kansas with a focus on rural and low-income areas. IBT is hiring a Behavior Technician in the Pittsburg, KS area for weeknights and weekends ( the provider would have to work a minimum of 10 hours/week and the available hours that could be worked are: Mon-Fri, 3pm-7pm and Sat-Sun, 9am-4pm, but schedule can be flexible around class schedules and semesters ). BTs work as part of a treatment team to develop and implement behavioral interventions using an applied behavioral analytic framework. Candidates must be enthusiastic, flexible, and have a strong interest in working with children with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
