Job Description Change Management Lead, Autonomous Vehicle Operations Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to our Technical Center in Sunnyvale (CA) or Milford (MI) three times per week, at minimum. This position can be located at either of these locations. The Role: The Change Management Lead for Autonomous Vehicle Data Collection Operations is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional operational changes that impact autonomous and automated vehicle data collection programs. This role exercises independent judgment on significant operational matters and serves as a subject-matter expert in change readiness, execution, and deployment across live AV fleet operations. This role partners with Product, Engineering, Safety, Training, and Operations teams to ensure changes affecting data collection workflows, tooling, documentation, and operational processes are planned, reviewed, trained, and deployed in a disciplined and traceable manner.
