Technical Account Manager - Amsterdam Hybrid working: We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to join the Client Services team, working directly with agencies, partners and clients from our Amsterdam office. The role will involve the project management of multiple advertising campaigns from set up to completion, consulting on and troubleshooting issues where appropriate. There is an additional element of account management within the role, requiring the provision of reports that leverage campaign insights while also educating and assisting clients to meet their advertiser expectations. The ideal candidate will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, a proactive approach and the ability to use their initiative. They will also need to be comfortable with both the servicing and socialising aspects of client relationship management. This role reports into the Senior Technical Account Manager and supports the smooth-running of our Benelux business units.
