Job description

Qualifications: - Serve as a first point of contact for international students and study abroad participants, responding to inquiries and providing guidance on common questions related to campus resources, adjustment, and program participation. - Support advising processes by meeting with students, triaging concerns, referring complex or sensitive matters to professional staff as appropriate. - Contribute to a student-centered, responsive office environment. - Support core functions related to F-1 and J-1 student services, including communications, documentation, and tracking of key requirements. - Develop and apply a working knowledge of immigration regulations in day-to-day operations. - Assist with international students' orientation and ongoing engagement efforts, including arranging or handling local transportation. - Provide emergency support and advisement for international and study abroad students as needed. - Provide general advising on study abroad opportunities, application processes, and timelines. - Support application management, student outreach, and program promotion. - Assist in coordinating pre-departure and re-entry programming. - Plan and implement programs tha...
