Job Title: Senior Engineer, Quality Business Partner Job Description: THE ROLE Our site in Colorado Springs, CO . is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Engineering Business Partner to serve as a strategic individual contributor within our global Quality Engineering (QE) organization. This cross-functional role spans multiple plants and product lines, interfacing with internal stakeholders and customers to drive quality excellence across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement to ensure product and process reliability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Monitor and analyze key cross-plants processes , multiple quality metrics to track product and process performance and identify areas for improvement , including set ting short and long-term objectives and goals.
