Strategy & Policy Manager 260002ZX Description The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is seeking a Strategy and Policy Manager who is strategic, analytically driven, collaborative, and highly motivated to support the Office of the Secretary in advancing high-priority initiatives across the Secretariat. EOHHS is the largest secretariat in Massachusetts state government, overseeing approximately $19 billion in annual expenditures and directly serving more than two million residents across the Commonwealth. The Strategy and Policy Manager will play a critical role in managing and supporting a portfolio of agency strategic plans and cross-agency initiatives focused on policy development, program design, operational improvements, and data-driven decision-making. This position requires the ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesize complex information, and present clear, actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
