Job Description Summary At GE Vernova, the Americas Digital Customer Success & Reliability Leader is responsible for driving customer success and business growth across the post-sales customer lifecycle for Digital solutions. The position leads a team across the Americas, supporting customers through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and advocacy. This role impacts the team’s ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness objectives, while operating within established policies and processes. The role requires strong operational judgment, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer outcomes and business results.
