DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Quality Assurance Specialist in Melbourne Airport, VIC Manage, maintain and enhance DSV’s quality assurance and HSE systems, and prepare for and manage internal and external audits. Your typical day at DSV: - Manage, maintain, and continuously improve DSV Australia’s Quality Assurance and HSE System in accordance with company policies and ISO 9001 and ISO13485 - Prepare for and manage external ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 audits (including surveillance and tri-annual), ensuring timely completion and re-certification - Schedule and oversee internal audits, ensuring timely execution and completion on required actions - Report on the effectiveness of the Quality Management & HSE System to management and recommend improvements - Provide monthly NCR and customer complaint reports and analyse rework/analyse data to support managers in achieving continual department improvement - Monitor and analyse S...
